Pickup at 8:00am to start off with a Kigali city tour exploring Rwandan’s historical locations like the Gisozi genocide memorial site of Kigali where you will learn about the 1994 Rwandan genocide. Other places to visit include Hôtel des Mille Collines, the Kimironko fresh food and vegetable market at the center of Kigali city. You will later have lunch and be ready to travel to Volcanoes national park for an early check-in, dinner and overnight at

Gorilla trekking in Volcanoes national park starts at 08:00am with briefing about gorilla conservation and tourism in Volcanoes national park. You have a chance to select a porter to help you carry your backpack, your camera equipment and hold your hand as you hike the jungle. Gorilla trekking lasts 1 hour once the tourists see the mountain gorillas.
The ibywacu cultural village is located near volcanoes national park and is an interesting add on to your safari. In this village, tourists have a chance to learn and experience the real life of Rwandans from families and how they live, to traditions in kingship, cooking and running typical Rwandan home, roles of men in families and so much more.

On return from Golden monkey tracking, your guide will be waiting at the head offices to drive you to your hotel for Lunch before checking out to start your drive to Kigali where your guide you drop you to the airport or hotel booked in Kigali.
